This privacy policy and these terms of use apply to the mobile app AI StyleGuide (Android package name ch.benlu.styleguide, also available for iOS), published by the developer Ben - Mobile Apps (“we”, “us”). Anonymous Account: A unique anonymous identifier is created for your account. No personal information is required.
Photos: Images you upload for outfit evaluation are processed by our AI service and may be temporarily stored.
Usage Data: Style coins balance, fashion score, and challenge participation.

Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI: We use Google's Gemini AI technology to analyze uploaded photos for outfit evaluation.
Firebase: The app uses Firebase for authentication, analytics, and storage services provided by Google LLC.

Data Deletion

To delete your data, contact us at ratemystyle@benlu.ch with the anonymous profile name shown in the app (for example “Anonymous_AB12”, visible in your profile) and we will delete all associated data within 30 days.

Terms of Use

Age Restriction: The app may only be used by individuals aged 14 and older.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload:

Nudity or sexually explicit content
Offensive, violent, or inappropriate content
Images of others without their consent

Style Coins: Style coins are virtual currency for app features. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Data Retention: Uploaded photos and AI recommendations may be temporarily stored for quality assurance.
